Investigation report: Main-track train derailment north of Prince George, British Columbia in June 2021
Richmond, British Columbia, 21 March 2022— Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (R21V0118) into the main-track train derailment that occurred on 3 June 2021 in a remote area about 85 miles north of Prince George, British Columbia.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
