Report a transportation accident or incident
In accordance with the TSB Regulations, reportable accidents or incidents must be reported to the Board as soon as possible and by the quickest means available.
Report a potentially unsafe act or condition (SECURITAS)
You can report—in complete confidence—potentially unsafe acts or conditions relating to the Canadian transportation system that would not normally be reported through other channels. The information you provide may help provide insight into national and even global transportation safety issues.
