Investigation report: Collision with terrain near Slave Lake Airport, Alberta
Edmonton, Alberta, — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A21W0071) into the collision with terrain of an aircraft that occurred on 31 August 2021 near Slave Lake Airport, Alberta.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
