Investigation report: June 2020 collision with power line of a small aircraft in Maple Ridge, British Columbia

Richmond, British Columbia, 7 January 2021 — Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A20P0060) into the 6 June 2020 collision with a power line of a Cessna 172M aircraft in Maple Ridge, British Columbia.

The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
