Investigation report: July 2018 collision with terrain near Grande Prairie, Alberta
Edmonton, Alberta, 24 January 2019 – Today, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) released its investigation report (A18W0113) into the collision with terrain of an ultralight aircraft in an airfield near Grande Prairie, Alberta, in July 2018.
The TSB conducted a limited-scope, fact-gathering investigation into this occurrence to advance transportation safety through greater awareness of potential safety issues.
